Description
This 38-year-old patient from Tampa, FL presents for evaluation of her breasts and abdomen. She desires a natural, lifted breast appearance and explicitly states that she does not want implants. She currently wears a C cup but is open to going smaller, expressing a strong preference against large breasts. Dr. Brown performed a bilateral Wise-pattern mastopexy with auto-augmentation using the patient’s own breast tissue to create upper-pole fullness without the use of implants
